We are new. That is why this is in writing.
Terson Consulting was founded in July 2026. We do not have a wall of client logos yet — and we do not pretend otherwise. What we commit to instead is in the contract and can be checked:
A fixed price, not a timesheet
After the first conversation you get a fixed price in writing. If it turns out to be more work than expected, that is our problem — not your surcharge.
Free before you pay
The first conversation, the assessment and the quote cost nothing. You pay once you commission the work. No paid workshop just to receive a quote.
A number instead of “promptly”
In a care contract we state how fast we respond after you report something — one working day, 8 hours, 4 hours. Not a phrase that can be reinterpreted later.
Everything belongs to you
Source code, content and access belong to you once paid. If you want to leave, you get a full export of your data — no discussion, no fee.
Frequent questions
I know someone who builds a website for €1,500. Why does it cost more with you?
Because they are different things. For €1,500 you usually get a ready-made template with your text in it. With us you get an individual design, an editing system you can use yourself, and a contact who still picks up in two years' time. If the template is enough for you, we will say so plainly — you don't need us for that.
Why does care cost more than my accountant does per month?
Usually it doesn't: basic care is €149 a month. Above that are packages for shops and systems where an outage costs revenue directly — there you are mainly paying for response time, not for hours. You can start small and move up later.
What happens if I don't book care?
Your site keeps running — it simply stops getting updates, backups and security patches. In practice that goes unnoticed for a year or two and then becomes very noticeable at once. You can start care later as well; we then look at what has piled up in the meantime.
Can I move to someone else later?
Yes, and we won't make it hard. Source code, content and access belong to you. At the end of a contract you get a complete export, with no fee and no notice period on care — it can be cancelled monthly.
Why “from” prices instead of fixed prices?
Because no two projects are alike. Where a fixed number is stated, it holds for the scope described. Where it says “from”, we also name the range such projects usually land in — so you can see what you are heading towards. We fix the final price in writing after a short conversation; then it is binding.
What happens if I combine several building blocks?
Then we price the combination as a whole — fairly reasoned instead of blindly added up. Often the combination is cheaper than the sum of its parts; sometimes connecting the systems drives the effort. We tell you either way, up front.
Are prices net or gross?
All amounts stated are net, plus statutory VAT at the applicable rate — standard in business-to-business dealings.
