Pricing FAQ
One-time or monthly, what's the difference?
With the one-time purchase you pay for the build once and then own the entire code, independent of us. With the monthly model you start without a large upfront sum; build, operation and Managed Care are included, the code stays with us for the contract term, and a minimum term applies.
Do we own the code?
With the one-time purchase, yes, fully. In the monthly model the code remains our property and is licensed to you for the term. You can switch to a one-time purchase anytime; we fairly credit the share you've already paid.
Is there a minimum term?
Care Essentials can be cancelled monthly. Professional has a 3-month, Enterprise a 6-month notice period, because for these tiers we work ahead continuously, and for Enterprise we provide a dedicated team.
What if we need more changes than included?
We agree any extra work with you in advance and then bill it at €150/hr. Nothing happens without your approval.
Can we change tier later?
Up at any time, and down at the end of the term. Your system grows, your care grows with it.
What does an additional system cost?
+€290/mo per system beyond your tier's included quota (Enterprise: up to 5 included).
Are the project prices fixed?
The prices shown are entry prices ('from'). We set the final fixed price after a clear scope in the intro call, no surprises.
What about data protection?
Hosting in Germany/EU, GDPR-compliant, data processing agreement included. Your data stays with us.
