Who we're hiring

You design websites and interfaces our clients actually use — from first draft to a living design system.
What you'll do
- Design websites and interfaces for Mittelstand clients — from idea to final polish
- Maintain design systems and components that carry across projects
- Work closely with engineering so design and implementation stay congruent
What you bring
- A sure instinct for typography, layout and interaction
- A portfolio of real projects — site-builder templates won't do
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web standards
You build web apps, portals and systems with TypeScript and Next.js — software our clients rely on every day.
What you'll do
- Ship features from database to UI (Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres)
- Operate and evolve client systems under managed care
- Care about code quality: reviews, tests, clean architecture
What you bring
- Experience with React/TypeScript or a comparable modern stack
- A standard of maintainable code over quick hacks
- An appetite for direct client contact instead of a ticket assembly line
You turn client data into decisions: analyses, dashboards and metrics that genuinely move Mittelstand companies forward.
What you'll do
- Prepare data from client systems and make it analysable
- Build dashboards and reports non-technical people understand
- Define KPIs with clients and bring measurability into projects
What you bring
- Confident in SQL and at least one analysis stack (e.g. Python)
- Able to explain numbers clearly — no jargon
- Care in handling sensitive data (GDPR)
You integrate AI where it saves time: assistants, automations and workflows inside existing client systems.
What you'll do
- Integrate AI features into client systems — from LLM APIs to workflow automation
- Analyse client processes and find automation potential
- Build solutions clients can understand and control
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and automation tooling
- Solid software craftsmanship — AI integration is engineering
- Honest expectation management: say what AI can and cannot do
You make our clients visible — on Google and increasingly in AI answers (GEO).
What you'll do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies for Mittelstand clients — including local search
- Plan and create content that ranks and convinces
- Measure visibility and sharpen it — including AI search
What you bring
- Proven SEO experience with real results
- Excellent German and a precise writing style
- Curiosity about generative search and new channels
You win Mittelstand companies as clients — consultative, honest, at eye level. We only sell what we can deliver.
What you'll do
- Identify and approach new clients in the DACH Mittelstand
- Run first consultations and capture needs cleanly
- Shape fitting proposals together with project leadership
What you bring
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally services or IT
- Listening before pitching — a consultative style
- Self-organisation and reliability
You are the client's voice inside the team and the team's voice with the client — from kickoff to ongoing care.
What you'll do
- Plan, steer and reliably deliver projects
- Own client communication: status, expectations, change requests
- Look after managed-care clients long-term and grow the relationship

- Experience steering digital projects
- Clear communication — even when things get tight
- A basic technical understanding (no coding required)
